Raspberry uses the Odin platform to manage a UK based multi-use SPV. We only add one line on the cap table; you only have to manage one investor, one signature and one vote.

Our members are individual sophisticated investors with the means but not the time to angel invest. All investors complete a KYC and AML process via the Odin platform.
